Delivery of the items will be made by the express courier BARTOLINI. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the Customer and must be referred to that cost table:

Any product purchased on our site will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer in the order form. For countries not on the list, shipping is possible only after telephone or e-mail contact by the customer, indicating the desired destination, which will be followed by an e-mail from us indicating the costs for the new destination and the procedure to be followed in order to possibly make the purchase.
All couriers take 24/48h for deliveries throughout Italy, 24h for large urban centers and 48h for Southern Italy, islands and smaller centers.
They make a double delivery attempt: at the first attempt they leave a notice of passage with a phone number to call to agree on the day and time for the second passage. In each case the courier makes a second attempt the day after the first pass. In case of special delivery instructions remember to include them in the order notes. These are always attached to the shipping note. However, it is important to provide when ordering a clear address at which the courier can always find someone. Bartolini also offers a STOP DEPOSIT service at one of its branches where you can go to personally pick up the package. Couriers do not make advance phone calls or handle requests for shipments at particular times. Product deliveries will be made during business days, no deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Customer, upon delivery of the product must verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet, and otherwise conforms to the standard characteristics of a package. If upon delivery the package does not conform to the standards just described, it is the obligation of the Customer to make a written reservation on the Document Of Transport, reject the damaged goods and inform Ottica Alver. Claims of goods damaged in transit will not be accepted if you have not formally objected to the carrier. In cases of return of goods that is not attributable to defects in the same, the related shipping and transportation costs will be borne exclusively by the Customer.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are only indicative and refer to the time it takes the courier to deliver the package, in this time is not included the processing time of your order. For in-stock items, the processing time is 24/48 hours, for items that must be ordered from the respective manufacturing companies the processing time is usually within the following range: 3 to 7 working days; longer times will be communicated in advance.
By the time the package has already been shipped by courier, we are no longer able to cancel the order, if the customer rejects the package, they will not be entitled to any refund.
