Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any item purchased from alverottica.co.uk to us by following this simple procedure.
If you intend to use the right of withdrawal, you must send Ottica Alver appropriate notice within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased products in order to receive the authorization and information necessary to return the product.
Notice of withdrawal should be sent by e-mail to resi@alverottica.it.

Before proceeding with the return of the goods, we ask that you carefully check that the following conditions are met:
- You must receive the return ID number by requesting it from the e-mail address resi@alverottica.it.
- Make sure the products to be returned are in the same condition as they were received (must have never been used, must not be damaged or dirty).
- The product must be returned in the original case.
- Ship the package to our shipping office address (Ottica Alver – Viale Dante 69/71 – 47838 – Riccione (RN) – Italia) within 3 working days.
- To facilitate pickup, we ask that you indicate in pen on the package the return ID number we have previously issued to you.
If all these conditions are met we will proceed with the refund.
We will not process a refund for returns that do not meet all of the above conditions. You will still be able to return the item in the condition in which it was received by Ottica Alver at your expense within 30 days of notification of receipt.
Shipping charges are always the responsibility of the customer unless we make an error or defect in the item.
For shipments to countries outside the EEC, the buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees of the country where he/she resides.
Refunds are made approximately within 7 days of receipt of goods.
The time it takes for the amount to appear on your account will depend on the type of payment you used and the institution that issued the credit card:
- Credit Card: from when you receive our confirmation email, the bank will make the refund within 7 business days. You will be able to check your checking account online or by contacting your Bank directly as the time it takes to appear on your checking account depends on the institution that issued the credit card.
- Cash on Delivery and/or Bank Transfer:
- from the time you receive our confirmation email we will make the refund within 7 working days by bank transfer, so please remember to include your account information (account holder and IBAN code) in the return request. You will be able to check on your bank account online or by contacting your bank directly.
The amount will be credited back by wire transfer, to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original order
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping until received in our warehouses is the total responsibility of the customer.
